TALIBAN PRISONERS OF WAR
The Sheberghan Prison, in Northern Afghanistan, has a total of three thousand mixed Taliban and Pakistani prisoners from various fundamental parties. Most of the prisoners were captured during the November, 2001, US invasion. The prisoners are feed once every 24 hours and are allowed to wash themselves once every eight days in a cargo container. Newsweek reported that in November, America's Afghan allies suffocated hundres of surrendering Taliban and Pakistani prisoners in sealed cargo containers enroute to the Sheberghan.
